Description:
Cerasteel knives are made of the composite material of ceramic (cer) and metal (met) alloy technology.
When cermet was bound to the steel blade body, it provides a long-lasting sharpness, while remains resilience and strength at the same time.
Cerasteel knives are sharp with cermet alloy, and the sharpness maintains much longer than any conventional steel kitchen knives.
They won’t break, crack or chip like ceramic knives.
Applications:
Cut meat and vegetables.
Cutting surfaces should be smooth, easy to clean, such as wooden, bamboo and polyethylene boards.
Avoid surfaces that can damage the blade, such as ceramic, stainless steel, granite, marble, porcelain and glass.
All cutting boards and surfaces should be cleaned thoroughly immediately after use to avoid harmful bacteria growth.
